NEET Exam Pattern
NEET is a single national-level UG medical entrance examination. The National Testing Agency (NTA) holds the responsibility to organize the NEET Exam every year. It is an offline mode (pen-paper mode) exam. Concerned candidates can check the detailed Examination Scheme of the NEET 2022 Exam from this section. The section-wise NEET UG Exam Pattern 2022 is discussed as follows:
- NEET UG 2022 will be Pen & Paper-based Test. You will be given a specially designed machine gradable OMR sheet to answer the questions using Ball Point Pen only.
- As per the latest pattern, there will be two sections for each subject. Section A consists of 35 questions while there are 15 questions in Section B (out of which you need to attempt any 10 questions).
- The question paper will contain 200 MCQ type questions in total (out of which 20 are optional). Each correctly answered question will award you 04 marks.
- There will be a negative marking of -1 mark for every wrong answered question.
- The time duration of the NTA NEET 2022 Exam is 3 hours 20 minutes (200 minutes).

NEET 2022 Marking Scheme

Total Marks: NEET 2022 carries a total of 720 marks.
Marking Scheme: Every right answered question will give you a reward of 04 marks each
Negative Marking: There will be a negative marking of minus one mark in NEET Exam 2022. If you make multiple answers for one question will lead to a negative marking also.
Print Of Pen: One must use only a blue/black ballpoint pen to mark their answers.
