AKTU Counselling
Dr A.P.J. Abdul Kalam Technical University is going to organize the AKTU Counselling 2019 in the month of June 2019. Candidates who are going to participate in the UG-PG courses UPSEE Counselling can check the Schedule and seat status of different colleges from here.
UPSEE 2019 Counselling for the Uttar Pradesh State Entrance Exam will be held in online mode. Candidates have to visit the official website of AKTU @aktu.ac.in and register themselves for AKTU Counselling.
Rounds of Counselling
The counselling will be conducted in three rounds in online mode, which will be completed in 10 days. At the time of counseling applicants have to bring all the needed documents for verification. Applicants have to report at the below stated respective venue.
Only those applicants are eligible to attend counselling, who are qualified by UPSEE-2019. The university will prepare a merit list for the candidates considering their UPSEE scores and invite the candidates for counselling.

Check Step by Step Procedure Of AKTU Counselling
STEP-1 : Registration and Payment of Registration Fee:
- First of all Eligible aspirants have to register themselves via online process by going through the official website that is www.upsee.nic.in. For registration applicants have to use their Application Number and Password.
- After filling the form, submit it. Now the candidates are required to pay Registration fee in order to be able to fill up the choices. Candidates can submit the fee through online mode.

STEP-2 : Online Choice Filling / Choice Locking:
- After registration and payment of the registration fee, candidates should fill up their choices as per his convenience.
- Candidates must have to know that after last date, no amendment is possible in order of choices.
- You may alter/ modify/delete or add choices before locking them until the last date of choice filling
STEP-3: Document Verification
- Candidates are required to bring all the original documents along with two photocopies of each at the designated verification centers to verify your Document.

- 10th and 12th Mark sheet and Certificate
- Result, Rank card of UPSEE Entrance Exam
- ID Proof (Ration Card, Bank Passbook, Voter Card)
- Character Certificate
- Caste Certificate
- Domicile Certificate
- Income Certificate
- Medical Fitness Certificate
After the process of verification, the candidate will be sent a message at his registered mobile number (RMN).
STEP-4: Confirmation of Seats
- When process of Choice filling is over and choices are locked by candidates, seats are allotted to the candidates according to the preference given by him.
- Candidates who are successful in receiving a seat are needed to confirm his/her allotted seat by payment of required confirmation fee within particular period.
- If a candidate, who is allotted a seat, does not deposit the fee during the specified period, his/her allotment of seat will be automatically treated as cancelled
STEP-5: Online willingness by the candidates:
Applicants need to select three options to confirm seat allotment – Freeze, Float and Withdrawal.
Freeze: If candidates are satisfied with allotted seats, then they can choose “Freeze” tab.
Float: Applicants can hold on to the allotted seat and ask for the up gradation.
Withdrawal: If applicants want to leave the allotted seat and not participate in the further admission procedure, then can choose “Withdrawal” tab.

AKTU/UPTU Admission Procedure 2019
After the counselling process is completed, candidates have to reach their allotted center with provisional allotment letter. Candidates also have to pay the remaining fee to confirm their seat and submit the necessary documents. Fees paid by the candidates during the the counselling, will be adjusted in the Institution fee.
UPSEE Counselling Spot Round
UPSEE spot counselling is organized for candidates who have not been allotted seats in the previous rounds of counselling. These can be candidates who have secured a rank in UPSEE Entrance Exam 2019 but could not participate in the counselling process or the candidates who were who were allotted seats but did not confirm their admission. Seat Allotment will be done according to the rank of candidates.
