Assam TET 2022 Eligibility Criteria
Eligibility for Lower Primary:
- Senior Secondary at minimum 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education Or,
- Senior Secondary with at least 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education Or,
- Senior Secondary with minimum 50% marks and 2-year Diploma in Education Or,
- Graduation and two-year Diploma in Elementary Education Or,
- Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks.
Eligibility for Upper Primary:
- Graduation and 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education Or,
- A minimum of 50% grades either in Graduation or in Post-Graduation and B. Ed Or,
- Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education Or,
- Senior Secondary with a minimum of 50% marks and 4-year B.A. Ed/B. Sc. Ed. Or, Graduation with a minimum of 50% grades and 1-year B.Ed.
Assam TET Age Limit:
- Candidates must have attained the age of 21 years at the time of appointment in schools after qualifying the Assam Teacher Eligibility Test.
How to Fill Assam TET 2022 Application Form?
Candidates can fill the Assam TET Application Form by following the steps mentioned below:
- Visit the official website – ssa.assam.gov.in.
- On the homepage, select the tab “TET” and press on Link for ‘Secondary TET’ or ‘Higher Secondary TET’.
- On the next page, you will see all the details related to the notification. You must read all the details mentioned in it.
- Afterward, you are required to hit on an appropriate link for applying online.
- Now fill Online Application of TET with all relevant information in an appropriate manner.
- Upload your scanned photo and signature along with the Assam TET Online Application Form.

Assam TET 2022 Application Fee
Candidates have to pay a certain amount as the application fee while applying for the Assam TET exam. The payment can be executed online through Debit Card, Credit Card, or Internet Banking.
