Educational Qualification:
- For Environmental Engineer jobs, candidates must have attained B.E/ B.Tech. With minimum 60% marks in aggregate from a Government recognized university.
- For Industrial Workmen Grade – I, he/she must have Passed Matric /SSLC / 10th Class form recognized Board or institute with minimum 2 Years duration course in ITI Trade certificate.

Age limitation:
The maximum and minimum age limit for candidates applying for BNPM openings are mentioned below:
- For Environmental Engineer: 21-30 Years
- For Industrial Workmen Grade-I: 18 -25 years
- Industrial Workmen Grade-I (Driver cum Logistics Attendant): 18 to 30 years

Selection process:
- Candidates are going to be selected on the basis of Assessment center exercise which includes Written Test.
- Qualified candidates in written test will be further called for Physical/Skill Test and/or Interview as per the company norms.
