HRA or Housing Rate Allowance with BSNL TTA Job Salary:
Candidates having accommodation from the company will not get House Rent Allowances. Other candidates are awarded by 10% or 20% or 30% of Basic pay depending upon the city of posting.

Central Dearness Allowances:
Central Dearness Allowance is known as CDA which is provided to the central Government departments not for the PSUs like BSNL. CDA scales are revised after every 10 years of the period. 6th Pay Commission or 7th Pay commission are also received by the government employees only.
Industrial Dearness Allowances:
The IDA or Industrial Dearness Allowances is provided by the Governments Company like Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited, NTPC, BHEL & much more. IDA structure is also revised after every 10 years and Next TTA Pay revision (3rd PRC) will be implemented.
Provident Fund:
EPF employ get Provident fund and 12% of basic pay & DA (3595) is deducted from their salary. The equal amount (Rs 3595/-) is also provided by Bharat Sanchar Nigam Limited or employer which also deposits into EPF account of the employee. On the basis of current rates, total Rs 7190 would be deposited into your EPF account.
Salary After 7th Pay Commission:
BSNL employees will get separate pay revision which is commonly known as PRC. Above salary may be increased approximate 15 to 25% after 3rd pay revision committee’s (PRC) recommendation.
After the implementation of 7th Pay Commission, Junior Engineers and Telecom Technical assistant Salary has been revised to 13600-25420. Now fresh employees will get Rs 13600/- and Dearness allowances in salary @ 120.3%.
Total salary = 13600 + 13600 X 120.3% = 29961/-
