JEXPO WB Counselling includes various steps such as Registration, Student Login, Choice Filling, Seat Allotment, Allotment Letter, and Reporting at the Allotted Institutions. To appear for JEXPO Online Counselling one has to go through all steps as stated below, have a look-
JEXPO Counselling Procedure 2018
Step 1: Registration
All the qualified candidates are required to visit the official site to get registered for counselling by filling up essential details
Step 2: Student Login
- Move towards “Student Login” section.
- Fill your “Enrollment Number” & “Password” and press on “login” button.
Step 3: Choice Filling
- Now one must fill choices of courses & colleges as per their preferences and marks secured by them
- Fill maximum numbers of choices as possible and save it by pressing the “Lock” button
- Take print copy of choices filled by you for further process.
Step 4: Seat Allotment
- After choice filling seat allotment result will be published
- Results will be sent via SMS to the candidates in their registered mobile
- Allotment of seats will be done, based on rank, filled choices, availability of seats
Step 5: Allotment Letter
- After seat allotment one has to pay provisional fees
- Thereafter Candidates can download their allotment letter cum money receipt. For confirmation of seats
Step 6: Reporting to Allotted Institutions
- Candidates are advised to report allotted institute physically with allotment letter & all documents for verification.
- Candidates have to pay Rs. 500 in cash for final seat booking and confirm admission.

Documents Required For JEXPO Online Counselling 2018
Those who have qualified the JEXPO exam have to appear for counselling with original as well as one set of self-attested photocopies of following prescribed relevant documents –
- JEXPO Counselling Call Letter
- JEXPO Rank Card
- 10th class mark sheet & passing certificate
- 12th class mark sheet & passing certificate (if applicable)
- Category certificate (if required)
- Transfer certificate
- Character certificate
- Passport size photographs

West Bengal JEXPO 2018 Online Counselling Fee
Applicants have to pay Provisional Seat Booking fee of Rs. 2000/- at the time of Seat Booking Procedure. Fee can be refunded after successful registration at College level. Final Seat Booking Fee is Rs. 500/- which is non-refundable. Candidates have to deposit cash after receiving Final Allotment letter only.
