Department of Technical Education, Kerala has finally declared the Kerala Polytechnic Result. Participated candidates can now check their First Allotment/Rank List by visiting the official website or using the below stated links.
Last Date of Reporting/Joining based on the Kerala Polytechnic 2018 Final Rank List & First Allotment is 07-07-2018, 4 pm. Afterwards the Classes for I Semester will start from 09 -07-2018.

How to check Kerala Polytechnic Result 2018?
- Log on to the official website i.e. www.polyadmission.org
- On the left side of homepage you will see:
CHECK ALLOTMENT
- If you want to check your Kerala Polytechnic Result allotment then hit on “CHECK YOUR ALLOTMENT” link
- A new page will come out along with a dialog box as:
- Enter application and date of birth and then hit on OK tab
- Within few seconds you will get your allotment details
CHECK YOUR RANK
- Now if you want to check your rank then hit on “CHECK YOUR RANK”
- Again a dialog box will appear as:
- Enter the details and then hit on OK tab
- Once you hit your rank card will appear, check your rank and download the card
- Finally take a print out of the allotment details/ rank card/ Kerala Polytechnic Result and keep it safe for further use.

Kerala Polytechnic Result – Resolution of Tie while Ranking
In case of tie in both the streams then the tie will break as:
- Candidate having higher WGPA1 in the stream will be given higher rank
- In case if the above given tie breaker does not work then the following process will be taken into consideration:

- Kerala Polytechnic Result Stream I –
- Candidate having higher AGP in math will be preferred
- Still if tie exists then higher AGP in Physics will preferred
- If it still exists, then AGP in English will be considered
- Finally if tie does not break then age factor will be considered and the older one will be considered.

- Candidate having higher AGP in math will be preferred
- Finally if tie does not break then age factor will be considered and the older one will be considered
