Eligibility Criteria for Punjab TET Notification 2023
Requirements for PSTET I (For Class I to IV):
- Candidates, willing to apply for the Punjab TET Registration must have possessed 12th/Intermediate with at least 45% or 50% marks or appearing in final year of 2-year diploma in Elementary education. OR
- Candidates must be Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks and passed or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor of Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or 2-year Diploma in Education (Special Education) to apply for the Punjab TET Notification.
For PSTET II (For Class V-VIII):
- To apply for the PSTET Notification, Applicants must have degree of Graduation or must appearing in final year of 2-year Diploma in Elementary Education OR
- Candidates having Graduation with at least 50% marks or appearing in 1-year Bachelor in Education (B.Ed) in accordance with the NCTE OR
- Applicant must be Senior Secondary (or its equivalent) with at least 50% marks or appearing in final year of 4-year Bachelor in Elementary Education (B.El.Ed) or B.A/B.Sc.Ed or B.A. Ed/B.Sc.Ed.

Qualifying Marks for Punjab TET 2023 Notification:

Validity Period of PSTET Certificate:
The time period of Validity of PSTET qualifying certificate for engagement would be seven years from the date of releasing the result for all communities. Candidates can also appear in PSTET for improving his/her score.

Punjab TET Admit Card
To download the Punjab TET Admit Card 2023, candidates have to visit the official website of the board. Only those candidates who will successfully register for Punjab TET 2023 can download Punjab TET Hall Ticket.
It is mandatory for candidates to download and carry Punjab TET Exam Admit Card 2023 at the time of examination. Without Punjab TET Exam Hall Ticket candidates will not be allowed to enter into examination hall.
Punjab TET Result
Candidates will get their Punjab TET Result 2023 by visiting the official portal of Punjab School Education Board. It is mandatory for candidates to score at least 60% or more marks in PSTET examination to qualify the same. ST/SC/OBC/Differently Abled category candidates will get 5% relaxation in their marks.
