SSC CHSL Syllabus
SSC CHSL exam is conducted in 03 different phases – Tier I, Tier II and Tier III. It is necessary to qualify all the 03 tiers in order to be considered eligible for the final appointment to various posts in the Government Offices. SSC CHSL Tier I is an Objective MCQ based paper, Tier-II is a Descriptive type Paper in English/Hindi, while Tier III is a Computer Proficiency Test.

SSC CHSL Tier-I Exam Pattern 2024
Before Syllabus, let’s checkout the Exam Pattern for CHSL Tier-I Examination. The SSC CHSL Tier I exam is a computer-based online test (CBT) comprising 100 questions carrying a total of 200 marks (2 marks each question). You need to complete the paper in 60 minutes. SSC CHSL Syllabus for Tier III
SSC CHSL Tier 3 Exam Pattern 2024
Tier-III of SSC CHSL 2024 is qualifying in nature and consists of Skill/ Typing Test. The final merit is prepared based on the basis of the total score obtained in Tier-I and Tier-II. Let’s have a look at the SSC CHSL Tier III Exam Scheme:
- The Data Entry Speed Skill Test would be of qualifying nature.
- Data Entry Speed of 8,000 (eight thousand) Key Depressions per hour on Computer
- The ‘Speed of 8000 key depressions per hour on Computer’ will be decided on the basis of correct entry of words/key depressions as per passage.
- The duration of Tier III is of 15 (Fifteen) minutes and printed matter in English containing about 2000-2200 strokes/key-depressions will be given to you to enter in the Computer.
On securing at least the minimum qualifying marks in the Computer based written examination (Tier-I) and Descriptive Paper (Tier-II), as may be fixed by Commission at its discretion, you will be called for Skill Test. The Staff Selection Commission may also at its discretion, fix qualifying marks in each component of the written examination.
