The Syllabus for General Intelligence would include questions of both verbal and non-verbal type. The test may include questions on analogies, similarities, differences, space visualization, problem solving, analysis, judgement, decision making, visual memory, discrimination, observation, relationship concepts, arithmetical reasoning, verbal and figure classification, arithmetical number series etc. The test will also include questions designed to test the candidate’s abilities to deal with abstract ideas and symbols and their relationships, arithmetical computations and other analytical functions. |

- There will be 02 papers i.e. Paper 1 and Paper 2
- Paper 1 will contain 03 sections that are General Intelligence & Reasoning , General Awareness and General Engineering (Civil & Structural)
- Total time given to candidates to complete Paper 1 will be 02 hours and Paper 2 will be 02 hours
- Paper 1 will be Computer based examination and will be objective type in Nature
- Paper 02 will be Written Examination and Conventional type in nature
- Maximum marks given to complete Paper 1 will be 200
- Maximum marks given to complete Paper 02 will be 300
Note: Candidates are allowed to bring their own Slide–Rule, Calculator, Logarithm Tables and Steam Table for Paper-II only. They are not allowed to use such aids for Paper-I.
