TS Polycet Counselling 2018 Procedure
Below is the procedure of TS POLYCET Web Counselling 2018. Have a look…
Step 1: Document Verification:
To verify documents candidates can visit at any of the designated Help Line Centers (HLCs) as certificate verification process is mandatory. At the time of process candidate’s aadhaar card details be verified with UIDAI at Help Line Centers.
After verification, candidates will be issued a receipt of Certificates at Help-line Centres.
Step 2: Exercising Options:
Candidates have to fill choices of courses & colleges at the time of exercising options. It will be started after the certificate verification procedure. List of polytechnics with courses offered by them & course codes will be given in the official website.
Candidates can list out polytechnics in order of their preference based on course code & polytechnic codes. Candidates should first prepare a priority number with a list of courses in the blank option form. After that candidates can fill the options on the web.
Step 3: Allotments of Seats:
The seat will be allotted to the candidates on the basis of filled options, merit rank & category. The allotment will be published on the website through online mode. Candidates have to download their allotment order for admission process.
Candidates can download allotment order by entering ROC Form Number, Hall Ticket Number, Password & Date of Birth via candidate login.
Step 4: Payment of Fees & Reporting at Polytechnic:
Candidates have to visit at any one of the designated banks with a downloaded allotment order for fee payment. After that candidates have to report at the allotted polytechnic with allotment order & fee receipts on or before the specified dates.
If candidates fail to report at the allotted college for admission in a given time period, the seat will be allotted to the next candidates. In this case, candidate’s admission will be cancelled & candidates will not claim for further seat allotment.

TS POLYCET Counselling Fee
In the TS POLYCET Counselling process, candidates need to pay the TS POLYCET Processing Fee. The TS POLYCET Counselling fee for each student depending on their category
- For OC/ BC Candidates: Rs. 500/-.
- For SC/ ST Candidates: Rs. 250/-.

Documents Required during Verification/Admission
Candidates should bring the given documents at the time of document verification and admission process. Candidates should carry all original certificates along with 2 sets of Xerox copies:
- SSC or its equivalent Marksheet
- IV to X Study Certificates
- TS Polycet Rank Card 2018
- TS Polycet Hal Ticket 2018
- Aadhaar Card
- Transfer Certificate (TC)
- Income Certificate (Issued after 1st January 2018 by competent authority, if applicable)
- Caste Certificate (Issued by competent authority, if applicable)
- PH/NCC/Sports/Minority Certificate (If applicable)
- Residence Certificate

How to Exercise Web options
- Visit the TS Polycet official website – polycetts.nic.in
- Search for the TSPolycet 2018 Web Options Link.
- Now hit on the Web Options Link to exercise the options.
- Enter the details like Polycet Hall Ticket Number in the space given there and hit on the Submit.
- As soon as you hit on Submit, you will direct to the Web Option Portal page.
- Candidates have to fill choices of courses & colleges at the time of exercising options.
- List of polytechnics with courses offered by them & course codes will be given in the official website
- After Locking the choices submit the Options Entry form.
- Candidates have to take a print out copy of filled choices for the future purpose
- After few days, seat allocation will announce through SMS to the applicant’s registered Mobile number & Email Id.
- Download the seat allotment letter from your TS Polycet Registration account and go to the allotted college at a given time & submit it.
