According to Telangana SET Notification, the officials of the Osmania University invites TSSET Online Application Form from candidates who want to get recruited for the post of Assistant Professors/Lecturers within the state of Telangana.

TSSET 2019 Exam:

TSSET 2019 will be conducted on 05-07-2019, 06-07-2019 and 08-07-2019 across seven different cities with twenty nine different subjects. Telangana SET 2019 Exam consists of MCQ type queries two sets of paper, paper-I consist of General teaching whereas Paper-II consists of the subject that candidates have completed in their PG level.

TSSET Eligibility 2019:

• Telangana SET Eligibility states applicant must passed Master’s degree with minimum 50% marks or its equivalent examination from recognized universities/institutes by UGC in Humanities, Social Science, Computer Science, Earth Science, Population Studies, Education, etc.
• Applicants with reserved category will be given 5% relaxation.
• Contenders are requested to appear in the subjects of PG only.
• Those who have appeared OR will be appearing at the qualifying Master’s Degree (final year) examination and whose result is still awaited OR candidates whose qualifying examinations have been delayed are also eligible.
• However, such applicants will be admitted provisionally and for those who clear the MP SET, eligibility certificate will be issued only on production of proof for having passed the Master’s degree or equivalent examination within 2 years from the date of MP SET.

Telangana SET Eligibility Important Points:

• Applicants shall appear for test their relevant subject of their post-graduation only, in case the candidate did not find the subject of his post-graduation in the list of subjects, the candidate may appear in UGC-NET / UGC-CSIR NET which is held twice a year.
• Applicants should note that their candidature is provisional.
• Individuals who became eligible in Previous tests is not eligible to apply again in the same subject.

Age Limit:

There is no upper age limit to apply for examination.

Pre-Requisite should be Ready:

• Passport size photograph in JPG format of minimum 20 kb to 40 kb. The dimension of the photograph should be 3.5 cm (width) x 4.5 cm (height).
• Signature in JPG format of minimum 5kb to 20 kb. The dimension of the signature should be 3.5 cm (width) x 1.5 cm (height).
• Caste Certificate in JPG format of minimum 50 kb to 300kb
